At Communitea, we host pop-ups, vendor markets, art walks, and workshops designed to cultivate the creative, connected, community-driven vibe we’re known for. Our events are curated to support local makers, artists, and small businesses while creating meaningful experiences for our guests.

Vendor Details

  • The vendor fee is $25
    ($20 for art walk).

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and chairs.

  • Depending on event, space provided is about 4-6ft.

  • Single-vendor pop-ups may be permitted to utilize a larger portion of the patio space, pending prior discussion and approval.

  • Most vendors will be set up outside, under our fully covered, so no canopy is required.

  • The standard fee for hosting a workshop is 20% of total workshop revenue. We recommend pricing your workshop accordingly to ensure it remains profitable for you.

  • Workshop hosts are responsible for managing their own registration and collecting payment directly from attendees.

  • We will add your event to our website events page, in-shop calendar, and share it on our Instagram account. For the best turnout, we strongly encourage workshop hosts to actively promote their event to their own audience as well.

Workshop Hosting Details

  • We have 2 seating options for workshops depending on the size and workshop type.

    • Indoors: we have a communal table that seats up to 7 comfortably but can squeeze an additional one in if needed.

    • For larger groups we can offer the covered patio in front of our shop. We have some small tables and chairs but we recommend you bring tables and chairs. Depending on the size of the group we can offer an additional 6ft table.
